SUREPOINT INSPECTIONS. has been in the mortgage field inspection industry for over 3 years and is based out of Portland, OR. We are looking to hire Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspectors to perform residential property inspections on behalf of mortgage lenders. Our independent contractors enjoy a flexible schedule while earning Bi-weekly pay.

County Coverage: Lake Ozark, Camdenton, Osage Beach, Sunrise Beach

Inspection Vol. per Month:

45 to 75 Inspections

Mortgage Property Inspection Overview:

Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on the properties they have financial interest in. The lender contracts with Sure Point Inspections to have inspectors go out to verify the property occupancy, report general property conditions, letter delivery/posting, vacant interior walkthrough or insurance repair progress report. Majority of our inspections are basic exteriors where some do require contact by door knock or letter delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving

Efficient time management to route and complete inspections with an estimated 3-5 day turnaround time in your agreed territory

Make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards and report general property conditions

Using a mobile app to obtain all photographs, comments, and form documentation

Consistent communication with your inspection manager via text, email and phone

Pay and Hours:

Set rate per hour is estimated at $23+ per hour based on the number of inspections performed.

This will vary depending on location, volume and efficiency.

Inspections are paid out every Bi weekly by direct deposit for work completed.

Depending on the territory you should expect to work 20+ hours per week

The job is a 1099 Independent Contractor position
