Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple, strategic enterprise projects interacting with cross-functional teams comprised of technical staff and business stakeholders to deliver the required products for each sub-project, phase, or stage of a project based on that particular project’s work plan.
  • Help build and deploy Cloud-based products, working within the Cloud Acceleration Team (CAT); measure specific project velocities and reporting through the program, helping Agile teams break-down their tasks into tactical and measurable milestones.
  • Participate in senior-level planning sessions to help plan and lay-out future work for the development teams.
  • Manage multiple projects within the determined constraints (i.e., scope, quality, time, cost, etc.) to deliver the specified requirements successfully while meeting the expectations of the sponsors, Management Team, and stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure deliverables adhere to time, budget, and project goals within the agreed tolerances including managing any tradeoffs between scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
  • Provide solutions to problems including complex issues or challenges that arise during a project’s lifecycle.
  • Serve as Liaison between project sponsors, customers, vendors, and business partners including facilitating communication using various methods while managing expectations with stakeholders.
  • Ensure project methodology, standards, process, and procedures are followed throughout the project’s lifecycle.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of IT project management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple technical projects, focused on Cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and automation.
  • Proven success in leading enterprise-level technical projects across the finish line.
  • Strong business acumen and sound project management expertise; the ability to communicate effectively with development teams and business leaders.
  • Experience with both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Proficiency utilizing a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool (e.g., Sciforma, MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Preferred
  • PMP certification.
  • 1+ year of management experience.
