Instructional Designer

job summary:

• Develop customer and employee facing SCORM trainings including video, audio, graphic design, quizzes etc
• Manage the entire content process, from idea generation to end-user testing, ensuring that all deliverables are completed within the required timeframe.
• Record and edit high-quality video footage and audio for use in training materials.
• Create engaging and effective training materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
• Design, develop, and deliver digital training materials, including e-learning courses, interactive videos, webinars, and other digital content
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in training materials by paying close attention to detail, language, and flow.
• Experience with learning management systems and other training technologies.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• 3+ years of experience in developing training material and content

• Understanding of Cinema 4D and Nuke Studio
• Good motion graphics and GFX/VFX experience
• Excellent knowledge of 2D/3D graphics
• Understand motion principles and design standards
• Keen eye for detail, language, and flow
• Video production and editing
• Ability to meet tight deadlines

• Minimum 4 years of experience
