Insurance Agent wanted

We are an Independent Insurance Office Contracted thru 2 main Brokers to market Insurance products for over 85 different Insurance companies. We are not "Captive Agents". We are looking for at least 3 and possibly 4 Agents to join our team in Springfield. We offer a professional work environment, training and support. A lead system, and a marketing system.

You would need to have or obtain a Life and Health Producer License. (We can help the right candidate with this requirement.) You are also responsible for your E&O Insurance (again we can help) and sometimes platform fees depending on which carriers your choose to contract with.

We prefer candidates with positive attitude and a desire to succeed. This is more of a profession than a job. So you have a lot of flexibility and freedom. So you must be able to supervise yourself and get the job done.
