This position will be located in Kansas City, MO Summary of Duties: The ISC Analyst II has oversight of a wide variety of complex activities such as documentation management, Earned Value Management, metric and project support including milestone fidelity and keeping RAIL actions current and updated

Partners with the materials organization to plan and perform complex, detailed material and inventory control oversight, planning and reporting activities

Acts as a mentor to ISC Analyst I.

Analyzes, develops, and coordinates plans for effective Earned Value Management processes within ISC to include Variance Analysis, data extraction, and creation of critical path analysis

Drives change throughout the business unit by analyzing data and performing trend analysis and communicate the data variances effectively

Creates and recommends solutions for operations issues, investigate shortfalls in production output and participate in problem solving

Key contributor to Product Realization Teams to develop and implement project plans that support weapon program development and qualification activities

Provides mentorship and necessary training to ISC Analyst I

May perform other duties as assigned

You Must Have:

Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering

Two (2) or more years experience required.

US citizenship needed to obtain and maintain required US Dept of Energy "Q" level security clearance.

Ability to review complex data sets and identify root causes and/or key enablers to support production

Advanced communication background or understanding

Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
