RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Project Manager IV in Clayton, MO.
Day to day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD): IT Project Manager IV will lead project team meetings Create status reports, risk/issue logs, project schedules, lessons learned, relevant project documentation, etc. Develop and report on project metrics As an IT Project Manager IV, you will respond to ad hoc data calls Present updates to leadershipPerformance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team: Work autonomously, understands priority/urgency, takes ownership of work, is detail-oriented and is a problem solver Specific goals will be provided at time of onboarding and FTE conversionREQUIREMENTS: Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Highly organized Adept at using documentation tools including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and industry standard project management tools Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates indirect influence Ability to adjust quickly to change - adaptability Ability to effectively follow and lead Ability to implement strategic direction into tactical actionsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
