Incrementally build functionality for DevSecOps product verticals
Participate in sprint planning and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile related events
Track and communicate oval progress against assigned user stories
Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs
Assist with internal and external communication
Provide complexity estimates through story selection and task definition
Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation, creativity and innovation
Required Skills:
Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience
Experience working in dynamic team-based environment
Understanding of DevSecOps and /or software/application development processes
Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g. Javscript, Python)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience with web-based Knowledge Management and workflow tools
Active TS/SCI clearance required to start and eligibility to obtain a CI Poly
Desired Skills and Certifications:
2+ years of experience working within the DoD or IC Community
Experience with Atlassian Agile Products; specifically, JIRA and Confluence
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
Sec+ certification or ability to obtain Security+ certification within 90 days of hire
