Maintenance Technician

Housing Cooperative in need of a Maintenance Technician

Work week is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday Full time

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Tasks include: plumbing, painting, flooring/floor repair, electrical repairs, etc

Respond to work orders

Must be available to be on call 24 hours a day for one week out of the month

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

Strong knowledge of plumbing

Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems and structural systems

Experience using hand and electrical tools

Ability to follow direction, work independently, and communicate effectively

Must have physical stamina and able to lift up to 50 pounds

Valid driver’s license without restrictions IS A MUST!

Job Type: Full-time

Starting pay: $18.00 an hour. After 30 days pay will increase to $20.00 an hour.
