Maintenance Technician

Colonial Square Homes, INC, a 251 unit Cooperative Housing property is looking to fill three (3) positions with our maintenance department. Qualified candidates must have one (1) year experience in housing maintenance.

Both positions require general knowledge in all phases of Maintenance including electrical, plumbing appliance repair, carpentry and painting. Ability to work well with other staff and conduct themselves in a courteous manner when dealing with members, along with showing up on days scheduled to work and on time.

Hours are 8-5 Monday thru Friday with a rotating on-call schedule for evening, weekends and holidays. Snow removal is mandatory. $20.00 hourly pay.

Candidates must have a valid Driver's License (no exceptions) and require a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
