Requirements:

Abilitity to work quickly but efficiently to solve issues.

Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a multi-family.

Must have great time management and be organized.

Communication is a must and willingness to complete tasks as directed.

HVAC not required but a plus.

Pay based on experience.
