Sr. Manager of Enterprise Applications Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager of Enterprise Applications will be responsible for managing Dent Wizard's custom software platforms and the development staff that develops and maintains them working at our corporate office in Bridgeton, MO. The person will work with our architect making tactical day-to-day and long-term software and integration decisions to meet the needs of the business and our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the PM and architect in the scoping of integration projects.
  • Identify, develop and deliver key metrics across all implementations and use the analytics to improve overall performance of the team and project execution.
  • Work with the PM to allocate appropriate resources based on project demands.
  • Provide leadership to the members of the Software Team, fostering individual growth and commitment.
  • Establish clearly defined goals, objectives, responsibilities, competencies and implementation execution plans for each team member.
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback through one on one meetings, staff meetings and other appropriate communications.
  • Responsible for fostering constructive and professional relationships with business partners, colleagues, suppliers and vendors.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years management experience
  • Experience with .NET development teams and technologies
  • Experience with relational database systems (T-SQL preferred)
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Mobile Apps, SAAS (a plus).
  • Evident leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage an implementation team.
  • Experience working with varied project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
  • Passion for mentoring, coaching and staff development in line with Dent Wizard standards and directives.
  • Ability to identify business challenges and recommend solutions that fit within Dent Wizards' strategic vision.
  • Highly organized and strong ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to create an environment that supports high performing teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Computer Science.
