Find your future with us.Air Dominance F-15 Manufacturing and Safety is hiring a Manufacturing & Safety Senior Manager (Level M) to lead Business Operations Integration across F-15 Manufacturing.This position offers the opportunity to be part of the rich aerospace manufacturing legacy of St. Louis, who’s vision is to be a premier world-class manufacturing site where all others in industry come to replicate and scale. As well as the ability to make a real difference every day by helping to get the warfighter to our customer and enabling the team to Be the Best!This leader will be responsible for optimizing the manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. This leader will be critical in analyzing and assessing manufacturing data to provide insights and make recommendations to senior leadership.Position Responsibilities:

Leads team oversight on manufacturing staffing, key performance indicators (KPIs), improved flow, and affordability.

Develops and executes integrated organizational plans and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.

Lead recurring analysis, and variance reporting including Manufacturing Support Cost Estimating Relationship (CER) pools and overhead accounts.

Provides business management and critical accountability through the Lean Boeing Production System and supporting methodologies and tools (e.g., Precedence Based Execution (PBE), Integrated Champion Environment (ICE), and Performance Insight & Vertical Transparency (PIVT).

Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices to optimize operations.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.

Manages, develops, and motivates employees and mid-level managers.

Provides leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production constraints.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.Security Clearance & Export Control Requirements:This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

5+ years of experience working as a leader or manager.

3+ years of experience in 1 or more Production related functions (Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Engineering, or Supply Chain)

3+ years of experience with Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degrees or equivalentDemonstrated business acumen including finance practices, manufacturing operations, process improvement, and data analysis.

Experience across business units and corporate that enables teaming across the enterprise necessary for leverage of diverse insights and replication of best practices.

Systems level thinking with the ability to implement change quickly and effectively across organizations.

Effective change leader: Ability to build an environment of inclusion, transparency, and trust.
