We are growing fast, and we need your project management skills to keep us on top of launches, campaigns, trade shows, events and promotions! You will manage all the marketing efforts that drive client success and increase brand awareness - keeping projects and initiatives aligned by working collaboratively across the marketing team and organization. You have experience managing multiple simultaneous projects within a small but busy corporate marketing department leveraging CRM and marketing automation technologies. Spend your days:

  • Establishing the marketing campaign schedule and managing a variety of marketing projects and initiatives, including media campaigns, customer outreach, marketing collateral and events
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure marketing deliverables across multiple platforms
  • Actively communicating schedule realities, resource needs and priorities within the team
  • Managing all project plans and maintaining accurate documentation so that all the parts come together flawlessly
  • Working with account teams to deliver custom client marketing programs and tracking results
  • Producing reports that illustrate ROI on campaigns, show Google analytics trends and demonstrate our impact on social media channels
  • Helping establish best practices for event planning and execution
  • Evangelizing a culture of collaboration and strong customer relationships
  • Breaking loose with a joke to lighten an intense day!

Qualifications

Show us your:

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Journalism or Communications and at least 3 years of experience as a marketing project manager in a small, busy corporate marketing department
  • Experience with mainstream CRM, marketing automation and project tracking apps
  • Advanced competency with Office365 and Adobe Creative Suite - especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Ability to work gracefully under pressure, managing multiple projects amidst changing priorities – all without letting any detail escape your eagle eye
  • Creative problem solving and logical thinking with the ability to multi-task, managing and switching priorities as needed
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast paced environment where every day is a new adventure!
