• As an MDM analyst for the Hive, this position will be involved in the analysis, implementation and ongoing oversight of a Master Data Management solution along with the deployment of a Data Stewardship practice for the Client.
• This role will be crucial in helping to analyze the business needs for master data management as well as assist with the definition and implementation of the processes and procedures that are required to be provided by the solutions that support these disciplines.
• The ability to deeply understand, document and communicate data management principles, apply best practices for data governance and stewardship.
• A successful candidate for this position will be able to assist with Workflow and Business Process management activities, be familiar with data quality, data standardization, data security, data stewardship and governance programs.
• The ideal candidate will have experience with the creation and implementation of a data catalog, master data management or data stewardship practices in a large company.

• Data Mapping of incoming data sources and existing database environments

• Document steward guidelines to govern according to company security and compliance
• Gap analysis

• Presentation of analysis and findings
• End-user relationship management

• A.S. Degree or equivalent experience in related field

• 5+ Years of related experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Stewardship or related discipline.

• SQL skills Moderate to Expert level
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical and data related issues
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with strong verbal and written skills.
• Ability to create and convey detailed and accurate requirements and communicate accordingly to stakeholders, partners and management.
• Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with data catalog solutions.
• Experience with cloud based data environments (e.g. Azure Data Lake, etc.) is strongly preferred
• Experience with a master data management solution. Profisee is preferred.
