The role combines deep Maximo technical skills, MAS add-on knowledge, DB2 database experience, and strong team leadership. Experience Range: 8–10 years (Desired) Must-Have / Core Technical Skills :Maximo Implementation / Upgrade / Support experience (7.6 or higher)End-to-end Maximo implementation experience (preferably for Manufacturing customers)MAS (Maximo Application Suite) 8.x / 9.x hands-on experience and certification preferredKnowledge of MAS add-ons and related tech: MAS Health & Monitor, MAS Predict, MRIO (preferable)Database: DB2 experience requiredHands-on experience in Azure DevOps platformStrong team leadership / leading high-performance teams. Good-to-Have / Desirable Certification or hands-on experience with MAS 8/9Experience running requirement, design and acceptance workshops (Rail or Manufacturing customers a plus)Experience conducting Maximo training for Manufacturing customersKnowledge of infrastructure planning (middleware, database, servers)Prior experience with change management and Agile delivery practices Responsibilities / Expectations :Execute enhancement activities for a high-complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solution with add-onsHands-on implementation and upgrades; drive design and implementation for epics with an agile mindsetLiaise with client and third-party teams for decision-making and delivery alignmentReview and report compliance with delivery milestones; plan ahead for future quartersStatus reporting to client and TCS management on project activitiesLead and mentor the technical team; ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to standards. About the End Client Global leader in advanced energy storage / power solutions.Role requires excellent knowledge of MAS, MAS Health & Monitor, and Asset Management processes.
