Molding Supervisor

Job Title: Molding SupervisorJob DescriptionAs a Molding Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of Safety, Quality, and Productivity in the Molding department. Your responsibilities will include supervising and supporting the Molding department, ensuring adherence to all SOP's and SQF, and managing the needs and objectives of individual employees. You will be involved in the hiring process and will be responsible for the orientation and training of new employees. Your role will also include ensuring the production of quality products in the most efficient manner, problem-solving, and working closely with the maintenance and Engineering team to troubleshoot machines and resolve any production or quality issues. You will be a key driver of safety improvements in your designated departments and will monitor operators to ensure all safety procedures are followed. The Molding Supervisor will also schedule people and machines based on the production schedule and will perform all other tasks as directed by the Production Manager.Hard Skills

Experience with plastics/injection molding
