Skills :-1. Cisco Nexus switches2. Cisco Cat Switches 3. ISR / ASR Routers4. Check Point / ASA firewalls5. Netscaler Load Balancers6. MPLS, VPNs7. Tools such as Solarwinds, Cisco Prime / DNA and NetScoutOperational exposure 8. Strong experience in managing Network operations for large enterprise network9. Must have contributed improvements and operational excellence 10. Ensure high customer satisfaction, someone that is capable of recognizing support gaps, anticipating blockers to service improvements, and is focuses on organizing our resources to be more efficient in the way that we see the data and respond to the data when we are troubleshooting (and before troubleshooting is needed).11. Strong understanding of ITIL framework12. Major incident handling 13.
