Data Center L2 Network Support Have over 4-8 years of experience providing data center network support for maintenance of network and security infrastructure Management and maintenance of networking devices such as router, switches, firewalls Perform after hour activities e.g., Minor Version Upgrades Engages with 3rd party vendors for support & escalation - Telco / Circuit Providers, Vendors for Hardware and Software Support Provide assistance in deployment and related support on network management systems Provide support for Private and public IP address allocation & firewall port open requests Perform day to day operational task for MACD changes Provides remote monitoring, management, troubleshooting and remediation of LAN, WAN, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, WAPs and network connectivity Provides network configuration backups of datacenter network devices & Client's network devices Performs analysis and diagnosis of highly complex networking problems Support in integration of firewalls with other management systems Provides good hands-on support for the management tool like Tufin, Net Brain etc. Regards, Sachin
