Now hiring Metal Fabricator

Aluminum repair shop is hiring a metal fabricator. We mostly work with aluminum. We are looking for someone with the following skills:

read a tape measure

cut aluminum

drill aluminum

sand aluminum

bend aluminum

haul a boat trailer

People with tig welding experience will are preferred, but not necessary.

Carpenters are welcome to apply. Carpentry skills translate to this job. We will teach you the rest.

Pay is $20-$25/hour depending on experience.

Care a lot about creating high quality work- we do very high quality work.

Be tough- this job is hard. It requires you to work in uncomfortable positions. It requires you to do tedious tasks.

Always do your best- We are looking for someone who wants to do their best always. Good enough is not good enough.

Always be improving your skills- We are always working towards being better at what we do.

Be fit- This job requires the human body to fit in very tight spaces for long periods of time. People who are not fit, can not do this job.

Take direction and advice- the people who currently work here are extremely good at this job. You must be willing to listen and learn from these people. This is a very niche skillset. If you haven't worked here before, you don't have it. Humble people thrive here.

Although the job is hard. We try to make the environment nice. Heat/AC shop. Friendly people. The boss is looking for someone who can work on their own with limited supervision. The boss does not want to be in your face all the time. We take pride in being generous with our employees. You will receive appreciation and acceptance.
