If you have clinical experience and are looking to work in a retail setting, then we want you to apply! We are open to applicants that are a LPN, RN, Physical or Occupational Therapists and have home health experience!

Shift hours/schedules:

Full-time & Part-time opportunities available

Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Saturdays, 10am-4pm

Work no more than 40 hours a week

No after hours calls or staying late to complete paperwork

Job Overview:

Our team of multidisciplinary health care professionals work collaboratively to meet the needs of our clients as they transfer out of hospitals and rehabilitation facilities to their homes or assisted living facilities.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of an Associate’s degree with 5 years’ of clinical experience in your specialty area (Nursing or Clinical Therapy)

Home Health and/or long-term care experience preferred, not required.
