The Marketing Assistant will help drive our digital presence by supporting social media campaigns, writing engaging blog content, and scheduling posts across platforms. We are seeking organized, detail-oriented, and flexible individuals who enjoy a collaborative team environment to thrive in the Marketing Assistant role.Essential ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Support the creation of social media campaigns and engagement strategies.Create, schedule, and send bulk email campaigns and newsletters while maintaining audience segmentation and tracking performance metrics.Write and edit blog posts, newsletter content, and other marketing copy.Track and report on social media performance metrics.Assist in brainstorming and developing new content ideas.Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all platforms.Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and achieve marketing goals.Other miscellaneous duties as required.
