Patient Care Coordinator

Description Robert Half is seeking a professional medical receptionist for a temporary position in Great Falls, MT.What you would be doing:

Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and manage patient inquiries.

Maintain patient records and update information as necessary.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and handling medical forms.

Requirements

Proficiency in computer software and electronic medical records systems.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service experience and compassion towards patients.
