Performs a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities, including payroll reconciliation, processing requests for manual checks, data entry, payroll adjustments and processing terminations.
Audits payroll data consistently to identify gaps and exceptions, utilizing spreadsheets and rules. Ensure all processes adhere to SOX controls.
Researches and resolve errors and identifies solution. Assists with payroll related requests, questions, calculations, and reporting.
Maintains system data in timekeeping system and payroll system for full end-to-end payroll processing.
Communicates issues or questions to aid in overall employee experience.
Follows established processes and standards; identify and propose improvements as necessary, and assist in developing documentation to improve training and service delivery.
Education/Experience: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in payroll, finance, accounting, or office experience. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel application is required.
