please send resumes to latha.menon(AT)marlabs.comThe IT Project Manager will partner with our growing technology team and will be responsible for leading and supporting a highly visible implementation projects in the Infrastructure, Applications and Cybersecurity areas. Plan and execute the projects from inception to implementation and provide ongoing updates to senior management and stakeholders. The IT Project Manager is accountable for the success of all projects under his/her supervision. Plans, executes, and delivers all projects on time, on budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities. Throughout the lifecycle of each project, track project status and manage project teams to mitigate issues and risks
- 5-10 years of experience as a professional Project Manager handling complex infrastructure and business application projects within medium to large organizations.
- 3-5 years of experience in project governance, portfolio management, dashboards, trends, KPI’s and PPM tools.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following systems. Viewpoint, UltiPro, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Concur, Procore, Salesforce etc.,
- Experience deploying enterprise wide IT applications & solutions
- Experience decommissioning, data migration and transition end users from legacy to new applications
- Proven ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional business and IT teams for requirements, design, development, testing and deployment.
- Strong experience in one or more of the following verticals or domains:
- Business Process Optimization Projects
- Storage, Virtualization, Cloud Security, Networking
- MRP / Supply Chain Management
- Customer Relationship Management
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well within a team
- Self-starter; flexible to take on new initiatives
