Using insights to create solutions for the future - in the here and now.Job OverviewPosition Schedule: Full-TimeThe Region Program Coordinator - partners with multiple Regional Leader teams by executing upon and performing the following activities:Providing advanced administrative support and serve as an extension to their leadership team, share ideas, resources, problem solve, plan, facilitate and act on all region related activities. You will virtually partner with multiple Financial Advisors and BOA's (RL Teams) and proactively plan the execution of your region related work so the branch team can focus more time on delivering Human Centered Complete Wealth Management and growing their impact with their clients.Through the execution of the Core Four Components: Administration, Strategy/Collaboration, Engagement/Climate and Meeting/Event Planning, the Region Administrator ensures that the Regional Leader Branch teams receive the support needed to successfully lead their regions and build capacity to deliver the ideal client experience.The Region Administrator partners with multiple Regional Leader teams and will be expected to execute and perform many or all of the following activities for each RL team under these Core Four Components:Administration Manage changes to leadership team roles Consistent adherence to policy changes and updates Create, manage and update Region resources, contacts, directories Management of Pipeline Activities Report with review, updates and scheduling Advanced Expense Management Advanced Ownership and coordination of multiple calendar's Planning, execution and coordination of region activities for Regional Leader Branch Team Organization of shared drive, OneNote and other applicable shared resourcesEngagement/Climate Prepare and send, when appropriate, region communications and acknowledgement of life events for FAs andBOAs in the region Identify opportunities for informal recognition Connect branches to correct home office resources for region related inquiries Field FA and BOA questions and connect branch teams to correct point person for assistance or work with Regional Leader to determine follow up plan Create and send Region Newsletter Region onboarding of new FA/BOA Assist with Product Partner region engagement Utilize region resources to increase engagement Plan and provide accountability for region activities to support region goals, vision and initiatives according to business planStrategy/Collaboration Build and maintain Region SOPs Collaborate with peers and stakeholders for idea sharing, networking, and building relationships Provide accountability through role clarity to all branch team members with open tasks Participate, when appropriate, in region related meetings Collaborate with Regional Leader Branch Team, Key Leaders, Performance Leaders, BOA Leadership Team to set and support the region visionMeeting & Event Planning Schedule, host and prepare resources in region related meetings and learning events in person and virtually Notetaking for Regional Leader Branch Team supported meetings, as available Coordinate RSVPs and Event Communications Schedule Regional Leader travel, when appropriate Planning and execution of all region events Schedule and Communication of Regional Leader Branch Visits Collaborate with meeting stakeholders to execute details on Regional Meetings Meeting agenda creation, edits and distribution Create and update meeting slides Coordinate regional meeting awardsAt Edward Jones, we value and respect our associates and their contributions, and we recognize individual efforts through a rewards program that promotes a long-term career, financial security and well-being. The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:Hiring Minimum: $52080Hiring Maximum: $85880Skills/Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of advanced administrative support, customer service experience and event management experience

Tactical problem solving and analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task and work independently

Excellent computer skills including proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Publisher, as well as advanced Zoom and virtual meeting facilitation

Accomplished at working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment, quickly learning, and applying new and complex information

Travel will be required;

Consistent weekly schedule- M-F; 8:00-5:00 or standard business hours.
