• Proven experience delivering advanced analytics solutions to production in the capacity of Technical Program/Project manager/Scrum Master leading engineering teams using Agile methods.
• 5-7 years of Project/Program management experience working directly with Analytics, Data Warehouse or Big Data technical teams.
• Proven program and personnel management experience
• Contributing to project plan development, objectives and deadline setting, as well as monitoring team progress against plan
• Ensuring project compliance with milestones, business objectives, and client goals
• Working independently on engagement tasks while directing junior resource efforts
• Communication skills and experience working with technical management teams.
• Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in an ambiguous fast paced environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
• Experience planning, estimating and executing using Lean-Agile Techniques.
• Good to have managing Teradata Upgrades etc
• Should be comfortable with ambiguity and a desire to create, iterate and improve.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (preferably Computer Science or equivalent).
