The estimated base salary range for this role is $70,610 - $138,580 per year. - Develops communication plan after project handoff
- Analyzes initial contract requirements
- Determines status of sample and drawings done during quotation phase
- Establishes contact with customer to direct expectations of product and target ship week
- Establishes project timelines
- Reviews architectural plans
- Tracks sample and Shop/Product Detail drawing status
- Develops project objectives, policies and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications.
- Communicates with customers, supervisor and manufacturing on submittal status
- Controls project flow
- Provides administrative direction of customers and various internal departments to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget
- Maintains and archives internal and external communication for each project using Project Management software and Outlook
- Tracks status of submittal for each project
- Updates internal databases as project submittal status changes
- Participates in tele-conferences or other meetings
- Tracks initial invoicing/payment status.
- Requests material procurement and manufacturing
- Tracks projects through the manufacturing phase
- Conducts periodic inspection of products as they move through the manufacturing process.
- Provides risk mitigation and problem resolution.
- Communicates with customers as early as possible delay's that affect Target Ship Week.
- Understands customer shipping requirements and communicates with Shipping Coordinator.
- Creates documents
- Writes, submits and tracks order acknowledgements for each project
- Writes, submits and tracks change orders
- Provides oral and written reports with issues, implications, and potential courses of action, as required. Briefs upper management regarding status of projects.
- Closes out projects
- Communicates with customer tracking information once project has shipped.
- Conducts a follow-up with customer as required.
- Requests and sends maintenance and warranty packets.
- Tracks final invoice and payment status.
- Provides subject matter expertise on product designs, as needed.
- Experience coordinating multiple facets of projects, including: analyzing information and architectural drawings, communication with customers and other stakeholders, setting of expectations, scheduling, planning, assigning and directing work, risk mitigate and problems resolution, and budget control.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using and accessing information stored in internal data systems.
- Strong proficiency using computer applications including, word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software.
- Strong proficiency in analyzing and interpreting written material quantitative data to draw conclusions and make recommendation.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports.
- Ability to present information to persuade others to accept a specific opinion or action.
- Strong proficiency explaining complex issues in a concise manner.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly capable of coordinating efforts and collaborating with a variety of individuals having conflicting agendas.
- Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple activities to meet project deadlines.

- Office Environment - This position operates in a professional office environment and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. No PPE is required.
- Plant Environment - This position operates in a manufacturing setting and can be subject to extreme cold and hot temperatures; uneven walking surfaces with cords, tools and other obstacles; intermittent loud noises; and dusty or dirty conditions. Required PPE includes: Hard hat (when required), safety glasses, earplugs, steel toe/composite boots, and fall protection.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent two-year college or technical school, ideally in a technical discipline such as architecture or construction and/or professional experience in management.
- Minimum of five years' related experience in managing large complex projects.
