If so, then this Quality Assurance Associate role is for you!Kelly Science & Clinical is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Associate for one of our clients, an aluminum rolling manufacturer, in St. Louis, MO.In this leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives across all aspects of our company, from research and development to manufacturing. You will be the champion for quality, ensuring adherence to regulations and continuous improvement in our processes.Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic engagements that deliver key goals in research and development, quality management systems, new process control research, product development, and manufacturing.

Promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous quality improvement.

Manage our internal Quality Assurance System, ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations.

Proactively identify and address quality issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions.

Document quality activities, conduct audits, and generate comprehensive reports.

Develop training materials, operating manuals, and other resources to ensure process knowledge and best practices.

Analyze data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, science, quality control) preferred.

3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing setting.

In-depth knowledge of Quality Systems, statistical analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and production processes.

Proven ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong relationship management, organizational, and project management skills.

Familiarity with ISO and other quality system standards.

Solid math background and advanced Excel proficiency.

Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of engineers, technical specialists, and other business groups.

Strong interest in technology and its role in product development and commercialization.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
