If you're passionate about science, enjoy collaborating with others, and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Quality Assurance Associate, you will:Review laboratory reports, data packages, and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Partner with scientific teams to identify, communicate, and resolve data discrepancies or quality concerns.Support quality system activities including CAPA investigations, change controls, training records, and procedural updates.Review protocols, methods, reports, and SOPs to ensure alignment with regulatory and client requirements.Evaluate corrective actions and assess potential compliance impacts.Communicate findings effectively with laboratory personnel and clients when needed.Monitor quality metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Maintain a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.Perform additional quality-related responsibilities as assigned.
