Job Title: Quality TechnicianJob DescriptionThe primary function of the Quality Technician is to support the food manufacturing plant's Quality Management Systems and food safety protocols. This role is essential in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.Responsibilities

Perform laboratory testing using Good Lab Practices, including the use of Colorimeter, Texture Analyzer, ATP Meter, and Water Activity Meter.

Verify ingredients, both raw and final products, to ensure they meet specified standards.

Conduct investigations on customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Audit processes and systems for compliance with GMP, Food Defense, SQF, and Supplier Audits.

Conduct sanitation verification through ATP swabbing and environmental monitoring.

Essential Skills

Effective communication skills for inter-departmental coordination.

Experience in food manufacturing.

Strong understanding of laboratory testing.

Proficient in quality control and assurance practices.

Knowledge of SQF, GMP, HACCP, PCQI, FSPCA, and Food Defense.

Strong written communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in microbiology and food safety.

Certification or training in Lab, GMP, and SQF.
