About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant who is talented, organized and experienced, to partner with business leaders to effectively progress, communicate and execute initiatives relating to Regulatory Compliance and ensure adherence with policies and other requirements. This role reports into the Risk Services Program team in the Wealth & Investment Managements (WIM) Chief Administrative Office.In this role, you will:

Manage a portfolio of high-profile enterprise regulatory compliance policies, working with business partners to ensure that all policy requirements are implemented timely and that businesses maintain adherence on an ongoing basis

Provide thought leadership to enhance the development and build-out of risk program governance and oversight structure at the WIM group level

Support remediation of high-priority regulatory initiatives

Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions

Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational

Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership

Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Deep experience with execution of Front-line and/or Independent Risk Management regulatory compliance and operational risk management responsibilities, including development and management of Risk Programs that are based upon effective risk identification, assessment/measurement, mitigation, monitoring and reporting

Meaningful understanding of the Wells Fargo Risk Management Framework, including the separate roles and responsibilities performed by different lines of defense

Experience interpreting and applying complex policy and procedure requirements to business activities

Experience designing, developing, implementing and executing compliance and operational risk mitigation processes and controls within a large, complex organization

Understanding of the Wealth & Investment Management organization, its strategic priorities and its activities

Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence others as appropriate to promote effective risk management

Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive-level communications

A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

Independent motivation, with a proven ability to think both strategically and tactically

Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and to make specific recommendations to implement changes

A positive attitude

Strong interpersonal and effective relationship-building skills to partner with others at all levels of the organization, both virtually and in-person

Proven ability to manage and resolve conflicts and differences of opinion proactively and effectively, defending decisions with objective rationale

Ethics and integrity

Meaningful understanding of the regulators and regulatory framework applicable to Wealth & Investment Management businesses

Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with flexibility to manage multiple distinct workstreams simultaneously

Ability to manage a significant workload with sometimes competing priorities and tight timelines

Intermediate Excel and Power Point skills
