Experience reviewing and developing Navy curriculum at all levels of interactivity

Experience with AIM CPM / LOM

Experience with Composica

Have technical writing, editing, or prooing experience

Have experience identifying and modifying contextual errors, reorganizes content, and edits graphics, tables, and illustrations.

Have experience with performing content reviews and edits material for punctuation, grammar, and content

Interact with different teams and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content

Evaluate materials during development for instructional alignment and appropriate styles and specifications

Collaborates closely with technical teams to deliver appropriate and complex content

Become cross-trained in Sweep functions using Composica

Provide backup support for Sweep products once a final review is conducted by the ratings team and stage product to OMS

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Also possesses excellent interpersonal and teaching skills.

EducationBA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experienceRequirements8+ years' experience as an Instructional Designer (hands on experience may substitute for this function

Experience with:

Government Printing Office

Associated Press

Chicago Manual Style

Experience/success in a high-volume deliverable, short-deadline environment

Have excellent oral & written communication skills

Experience with Navy curriculum design and development

Reviewing Instructional Materials Content Planning Module and Learning Objective Module (AIM CPM LOM).

Naval technical publications format and the ability to locate reference information.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Candidate must be a US citizen with an active Secret Clearance
