What you need to succeed An approachable, friendly personality to provide the level of service for which Dierbergs is known Basic math and computer skills, as well as understanding of basic weights and measures Ability to work in varied temperature-controlled environments (36-degree cooler and 45-degree prep area) Ability to follow safety and food-handling guidelines and keep your work area safe and clean Flexibility to work a varied schedule that includes weekends and holidays Physical Requirements Lifting & Carrying - Up to 35 lbs occasionally Pushing & Pulling- Up to 20 lbs of force occasionally Occasional - Sit, kneel, climb, overhead reach & power grip Frequent - Stand, walk, head turn, side reach, grasp, pinch, finger manipulation & feel Constant - Handling & forward reach What's in it for you?
