You manage and track enhancement intake through the detailed evaluation of the requestor’s needs. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment. HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

Promote company-wide success by supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.

Support the Sales team as a junior product owner and subject matter expert of various tools.

Review data and processes to perform accurate root cause analysis.

Work with internal teams to identify SaaS tool enhancements and upgrades.

Translate business requirements into technical requirements and work with IT to determine the application configuration and design.

Review and approve project documents.

Assist in the creation of impacts and benefits by reviewing vendor solutions.

Track Salesforce case requests to determine which department can address client needs.

Participate in projects with other Sales Tools and Applications Analysts and with case queue, license agreement, process documentation and reporting as needed.

What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise

Required qualifications:

Experience:Two or more years of project management, business analysis and system administrator experience; Two or more years of CRM platform and Sharpoint experience.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, a related field or equivalent experience. Technical skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data into actionable work activities; Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Skills:Prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.

Abilities: Ability to translate and communicate data in a clear and easy-to-understand manner; History of creating business and functional requirements, use and test cases and project plans.

Preferred qualifications:

Salesforce Administrator certification.

PMP certification.
