  • Extensive knowledge of Visual force, Apex, Configuration using workflow, Process Builder, Approval Process. Poses Technical Skills which could foresee risk and solution to mitigate them.
  • Knowledge of handling tickets, Support Process Working with Large User base. Worked on Salesforce Deployments through Change set, Ant and Salesforce DX. Excellent Oral and Email communication skills. Should be able to articulate business needs in terms of Development and Support and be a person who could continuously drive Improvement ( Continuous Improvement)Good to have people who have worked on Support Projects. Extensive Knowledge of Opportunity Management, Forecasting, Marketing Automation and Integration. Good to have knowledge on ERP such as SAP system. Should have experience working in Cross cultural domain specifically under different Geographies
