• 6+ years of professional In-depth experience in Software Quality Assurance & Testing.
• Candidate should have 2 years minimum hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM applications and CRM Testing.
• Knowledge and understanding of Sales Cloud or Commerce Cloud or Salesforce cloud technologies will be a plus
• Ability to research, solve problems, and work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong Web services experience.
• Proficient of using ALM and Jira for test management.
• Good knowledge of database testing.
• Identify dependency.
• Smoke Test the environment.
• Run Functional Test Cases for new functionality/ enhancements.
• Run Regression Test suite to support existing functionality.
• Regular follow ups with Development team on defect status.
• Attend Defect Triage calls.
• Daily meeting with development team on changes introduced and testing re-planning.
• Publish Test Reports.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC,STLC, ALM and various software testing models and methodologies.
