Become your most extraordinary self!  Our team is intensely proud to be a major provider of services and products to the drug discovery research industry.  Join Eurofins Discovery Services North America, LLC part of the Eurofins Discovery ™ group of companies serving global clients in the Pharma and Biotech industries.  Work alongside industry experts and collaborate with team members to directly and positively impact human health worldwide!We have a philosophy to support work life balance, career progression opportunities and offer many benefits such as formal mentoring programs, tuition reimbursement, extensive career training programs, competitive health benefits, paid time off and 10 annual paid holidays.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Implementation and optimization of various antibody discovery platforms (hybridoma, single B-cell, display platforms)Design and execution of antibody discovery projects, based on Client needsDesign and execution of antibody characterization and optimization approachWrites and maintains SOPs as requiredDevelops, implements and troubleshoots new methods for large molecule discovery Supports qualification of new methods, and contributes to expansion of service/product line, equipment, and data management systemsProvides solutions to more complex problems, identifies and initiates process improvementsMaintains high data quality and reproducibilityPerforms work in a laboratory setting, meeting the physical job requirements of a lab rolePerforms data and report QC review within the department, and may support study directorTakes ownership of client projects with minimal supervisionCompletes required training and supports 100% of Employee Health and Safety requirementsDemonstrates proficiency with care and maintenance of lab equipment and department assetsConducts responsible use of confidential IT and business systems, as requiredAdheres to department SOPs and documentation requirements, maintains accurate data management and reportingSupports unit goals and demonstrates Eurofins’ competencies, as defined in the job planProvides training to colleagues and external end users, when requiredConducts production assays primarily in Biotherapeutics Antibody Discovery, but may support other Biotherapeutic Services teams based on business needsContributes to scientific community, and site research and development objectivesWorks effectively in a team environment, under minimum direction, to achieve business production, project timelines, and quality objectivesAdjusts work hours and provides cross-functional support to other departments, as required, and maintains accountability in delivering to client needs/timelinesRoutinely communicates project updates to internal and external clientsPerforms other duties, as assigned
