Self Storage Manager - On Site

Looking for a retired couple (possible military retired) to live on site and manage a self-storage facility approximate 300 enclosed units & 100 open parking spaces. Job includes a 2-car garage house & utilities. Salary for the couple averages about $45,000 per year (based on revenue), plus house & utilities. Facility hours are Tues. - Fri. 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sat. 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Ideal couple provide part-time work each, with one covering office as needed, updating computer records via Microsoft Excel & Quicken, also using Word & Power Point occasionally. The other part-time person usually maintains the facility, basically keeping units available for rent, as well as the grounds.
