Role Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to work with the Product Owner to understand business requirements and work closely with the Scrum Team to ensure therequirements are clearly understood. This individual should have experience withrequirements management, software development methodology and should haveworked extensively with business users, programmers, and QualityAssurance.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates the experience and ability to independently analyze and produceaccurate and thorough project documentation and deliverables, including projectbenefits, feasibility, requirements, scope, risks, and justification. Assists with various tasks throughout the development life cycle of a project. Acts as a support resource to the customer while participating as a member ofthe project team(s). Mentors and is sought out by less experienced associates for product andapplication analysis knowledge. Is typically assigned complex projects and situations that have a high degree ofcustomer exposure or company liability. May work on multiple projects simultaneously. You'll be a valued member of a cross-functional Agile team which consist of you,software engineers, product owners and quality assurance. The team is responsible for delivering technical solutions to help our clients find opportunity in ever-changing and complex customer, business, and regulatory requirements.

Lead requirement analysis, requirement clarification, backlog grooming, storybreakdown, and work prioritization for the team by talking to our Product Ownerand/or stakeholders. Research and analyze existing functionalities of the systems/applications, worktogether with the team to design technical solutions for clients. Deliver effective presentations of the deliverables to multiple levels ofstakeholders across locations as well as clients. Develop user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the Product Owner. Engage with UX team to incorporate usability and user interface needs whendesigning systems. Produce both internal and client facing documentations. Provides informal guidance to team members with less experience.

Qualifications

Experience in accurately gathering, translating, and documenting user

requirements/designs to serve as functional specifications from which technical

solutions can be developed.

Experience in creating business requirements, use cases, workflows and

documentation.

Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and written communication skills.

Prior work experience with Agile project methodology and knowledge of developing user stories.

Ability to work with internal technical teams as well as external clients.

A passion for continuous learning as well as the ability to learn quickly and apply

new skills.

Flexibility/Ability to be proactive, possesses good problem solving skills and the

capability to find solutions and the ability to successfully meet deadlines

Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of work-related experience
