Senior Creative Specialist - Branding and Content

Job Description

As the newest member of our marketing team, you will be helping us elevate our message and brand strategies by providing creative input and application for our marketing initiatives – print and social media campaigns, client programs, and business development assets.You’ve worked in a busy corporate marketing department creating, editing, promoting, and monitoring content that drives growth and increases brand awareness.You are inspired, motivated, and highly skilled at developing impactful content that delivers measurable results. • Creating impactful content and graphic design that elevates the EmpowerMe brand across print and digital media
• Providing design concepts and direction for marketing materials, social media campaigns and marketing projects
• Building and managing a robust asset library, applying brand and style guides to all material
• Collaborating with your team to provide marketing deliverables and website content for internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitating content placement and advertising
• Making a positive contribution to our team or just sharing your sense of humor!

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or Marketing and 4+ years of experience as a designer in a small, busy corporate marketing department with exposure to content placement and editing
• Experience developing print, digital, web content, launching social media campaigns and maintaining asset library
• Advanced competency with design practices and Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience with a mainstream CRM and project management application – we use HubSpot and Asana
• Strong project management and organizations skills with the ability to multi-task, manage and switch priorities as needed
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment where every day is a new adventure

Additional Information

• Salary $50,000-$65,000
