Analyzes complex IAM data, generates insightful reports, and identifies potential security risks and compliance gaps. Reviews role provisioning and supports implemented Identity and Access Management systems and solutions. Provides in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support to one or more business areas through developed and ad hoc analysis/reporting, as well as designing and programming complex, new processes/reports for Identity Access systems.

Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key IAM metrics, such as user access, entitlement reviews, and compliance status.

Develop & Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from SailPoint IIQ and other IAM systems.

Present evidence, reports to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Collaborate with other teams to gather data requirements and ensure accurate reporting.

Assist in conducting regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Identify and remediate potential security risks and compliance gaps related to IAM processes.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements for IAM.

Analyze existing IAM processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

Develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with other IAM team members to streamline workflows and improve overall productivity.

Provide technical support and guidance on IAM-Audit & Compliance related issues and inquiries.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM reports problems.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience.Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.Technical Skills:

One or more of the following skills are desired:

Experience with SailPoint IIQ 8.x

Experience with Power BI and other Data Analytics tools

Experience with SQL

Experience with PowerShell

Knowledge of Other: Complex IAM domain and concepts

Soft Skills:

Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty

Certifications:

CISSP, CISA, or other relevant IAM certifications are preferred

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
