Bachelor's degree required (construction management degree is a plus)
Experience as project manager and/or estimator preferred
Experience in ground-up projects ($20M)
Industrial experience preferred
Commercial construction experience preferred
Estimating experience is a plus
Prior experience communicating/collaborating with clients

They are located in Illinois with some satellite office space in the St. Louis area. My client is looking to expand their project management team with an experienced senior project manager.
