- Responsible for user experience designs and flows that align with product goals and milestones, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand expectations, priorities, and necessary deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external organizations to solve complex workflows and user challenges.
- Research and recommend strategies for user experience design elements on customer- and agent-facing systems and technical interfaces.
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX Design and Architecture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate ideas to developers and provide support throughout the implementation cycle.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate business goals and objectives into digital experiences.
- Design information architecture and wireframes that both meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience.
- Superb multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects in Jira
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges
- Experience with documenting workflows and interactions within Jira cards
- Comfort presenting design work in front of groups or running a workshop with dozens of participants.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
