Job Role: SFDC -Technical Product OwnerLocation: Remote with travel up to 25%Duration: Full-timeStart Date: ASAP Job Description: Title: Technical Product Owner SalesForce.com Overview: We re looking for a delivery focused Technical Product Owner to lead some key projects utilizing Salesforce.com (SFDC) within one of our clients. This individual will be leading several key initiatives for this client and needs to be able to work closely with business and technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and analytical skills are a must as this individual will be working with everyone from business analysts and developers to VP s responsible for overall delivery. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for directing business and technical stakeholders to drive out product requirements and ensure technical solutions will deliver on those requirements
• Review/Approve User Stories
• Lead User Story refinement sessions
• Own/Manage Sprint backlog
• Participate/Lead Scrum sessions
• Provide input/work closely with Solution Architects in defining solutions
• Lead sessions with business and technical resources to derive requirements and solutions
• Work with business teams to refine and prioritize requirements
• Work with other stakeholders to build out product roadmaps
• Collaborate with and unite business and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes

• Proven leadership skills as a Technical Product Owner
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SFDC
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the role of Technical Product Owner on SFDC projects
• Minimum 3 years experience in Telecommunications, preferably in the Enterprise space
• Ability to work with technical and business resources to achieve results
• Ability to work in a fast paced/results oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
• Demonstrated ability to ask probing questions to drive out requirement gaps and potential risks
• Experience coordinating complex projects and matrixed teams
• Solution Architecture experience with SFDC a plus.
