The Digital Experience Platform (DXP) has an immediate opening for a Sitecore Cloud Data Engineer. As part of the DXP team you will provide development and support, cloud infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management for our Sitecore platform. With an understanding of cloud industry best practices, you will contribute to efforts to implement an enterprise-wide, unified strategy for the next generation of cloud infrastructure and web content management.

What You Will Do:

This is a hands-on engineering position where you will write infrastructure as code with cloud native technology and third-party tools to ensure that our infrastructure and products are secure, repeatable, highly available, and deliver business benefits to our customers. You will develop and support Sitecore websites, implement automated testing tools, and write CI/CD pipelines. Must have the capacity and interest to learn multiple cloud providers, but primary focus is Azure PaaS.

You will join a talented team of cloud engineers with diverse experiences, backgrounds, and skills. We provide a critical technical foundation through the infrastructure and digital experience platforms. We work as one-team to deliver high-quality, reliable, and modern technologies.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in the Sitecore technical development and implementation of Sitecore Experience platform 9.x/10.x in Azure PaaS with ARM Templates and PowerShell
  • Deep familiarity with Sitecore modules/products/ecosystem
  • Experience supporting production Sitecore instances.
  • Development experience in front-end web development - HTML5, CSS, JavaScript; and moderate development experience in using modern UI frameworks React/Angular/Vue; Headless CMS
  • Deep hands-on experience implementing best practices in content publishing, workflow, custom fields, template design, RSS feed, and media library items; and integrating with modern website analytics tools
  • Strong experience in analyzing and resolving performance issues with Sitecore CMS and search technologies such as SOLR, Azure search, including caching strategies
  • Hands-on automation experience in the deployment solutions such as Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD tool; and orchestrate automation across various environment
  • An agile mindset to collaborate with the product owner, technical platform owner, and squad members throughout the product development life cycle to deliver product features rapidly
  • Sitecore developer certification
  • Sitecore MVP (preferred)

  • The hiring range is $117,600 - $161,700 annually.
  • For candidates outside Richmond, VA, listed hiring and salary ranges may be adjusted based on your geographic location.
  • Salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications.
