Position is open to direct hire, contract to hire or contract.

Role:

Perform development, modification, and enhancements to programmatic solutions for functional or operational areas.
Build a sustainable application architecture when analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Analyze existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharts, performs coding and tests/debugs programs.
Develop conversion and system implementation plans.
Prepare and obtains approval of system and programming documentation.
Recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards.
Configure system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptancetesting and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
Mentor and train both developers and customers in conversion and implementation of system
Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and clientservice standards.
Provide strategic leadership related to specific applications, applications integration and/or application development methodologies.
Provide technical expertise for multiple application technologies thatspan all operating areas and impacted software, data, network, communication and computingplatform technologies.

Able to manage or consults on large projects or multiple projects to ensure proper allocation of resources, individual project budgets and high client satisfaction.
Estimates resource requirements for new ventures or very large projects.

Proactively seeks to expand relationships with customers and identifies strategic business needsand aligns major technology initiatives accordingly.

Qualifications:

6+ years USA work experience.
6-8+ years AEM development experience.
2+ years AEM version 6.5.
Experienced in AEM architecture.
Strong experience in Adobe Forms.
Experienced in Adobe Marketing suite.
Strong front end development experience.
Java development and coding experience.
Experienced in Hibernate and Spring,
Experienced in front end developing from scratch using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Experienced in RESTful services for both the client and server implementations.
Agile methodology.
Strong SQL.
Strong 3rd party integration experience.
Broad and deep understanding of application server platforms: Apache and Tomcat
Extensive experience in full software development life cycle.
Extensive experience applying code management principles.
Ability to mentor and lead small application teams focused on architecture.
Experience producing and successfully delivering application architecture road-maps.
