Learn more at www.ukg.com/careers #WeAreUKGDescription & QualificationsDescriptionThe Technical Account Manager provides technical support and account management to UKG PLUS Central, Pro WFM and Pro customers and must have a high level of Pro product knowledge. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:Provide account management and technical support of UKG Pro, Pro WFM, or WFC products to large enterprise-class customersUtilize UKG Central, Pro WFM or UKG Pro knowledge and technical capabilities to provide optimum solutions to customer issues Replicate customer scenarios for configuration/environmental solutions and /or readying the issue for engineering reviewProvide the highest levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely resolutions and executing customer-focused commitmentsCommunicate effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals at various levels internally and externallyConduct weekly conference calls, provide weekly status reports and advocate for customer needs and requirementsInterface successfully with other UKG cross-functional teams and third-party solution providersParticipate in testing and validating system fixes, service releases, and enhancementsLate Shift and On-Call availability if neededQualificationsBasic Qualifications: Experience supporting UKG Pro. UKG Central and/or UKG Dimensions experience as well is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred and/or equivalent experience required 3+ years’ experience working knowledge of PC's, operating systems, web technologies and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problemPreferred Qualifications: CPP/SHRM Certifications a plus Must have knowledge and understanding of computer system applications and databases Must have the ability to occasionally travel on short notice Knowledge of SQL scripting and database experience with MS SQL For WFD candidates, experience with Dell Boomi, API's, Splunk and Koogle is a plusPay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and CaliforniaThe pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $68,100 to $97,900, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
