- Manage multiple projects across digital banking programs.
- Develop business case for executive review and approval of new projects.
- Work with project teams and stakeholders to establish consensus on project scope, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Plan, monitor, adjust, and communicate the project’s schedule.
- Identify constraints and risks, as well as coordinate the resolution of complex issues.
- Track, measure, and report on project status and progress.
- Coordinate with IT resource managers and implementation partners to ensure the project has proper staffing during each phase/sprint of the SDLC.
- Ensure project methodology, standards, processes, and procedures are followed throughout the life of the project.
- Ability to work on-site 2-days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday).
- Project Management experience with on-line/digital banking projects.
- Agile project experience.
- Experience working with third party vendors and vendor management.
- Knowledge and experience in financial services’ process/workflow including card transactions, core banking deposits and customer processing, loan processing, payments, and fraud management.
- Proficiency with a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool.
- Bachelor’s Degree In Information Technology, Business Information, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- PMP certification.
- Experience with Scrum Master duties.
- Knowledge of various financial systems/applications (i.e., TSYS, Argus, Terafina, Q2, Hogan, UOB).
