The primary responsibility of the Senior Sales Executive is to growSiemen’s market share by delivering smart mechanical services that help ourcustomers reduce operating cost, improve uptime, and provide a comfortable andhealthy indoor environment. In this position, you will achieve booking and profitgoals by developing and implementing plans to grow, develop, and manage Enterpriseend-user relationships; capitalize on sales opportunities; and winopportunities independently within our established guidelines.Responsibilities:·Develop a comprehensiveunderstanding of the marketplace, competitor offerings, customers, and decisioninfluencers across the region, segments, and verticals within the Enterpriseclient. Keep current on mechanical market business and industry trends.·Develop an Enterprise Client accountmanagement plan that focuses on strategic growth. Identify new businessopportunities to grow in new markets or adjacent segments and develop “go tomarket” strategies to drive business.·Develop and maintain a qualifiedfunnel of opportunities. Achieve new order/booking and profit goals. Deliver onforecasted results consistently.·Estimate and propose mechanicalservice agreements and HVAC retrofit projects at an Enterprise level.·Maintain customer relationshipsand grow service agreements by proposing additional customer-valued services bothregionally and nationally from the comprehensive Siemens portfolio.·Collaborate with operations andinternal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.·Partner with other sales teams toplan, target, and acquire new Enterprise accounts.·Attend industry-specificnetworking events; actively participate in professional organizations such asASHRAE, AEE or USGBC to build a network of contacts and to represent Siemens inthe market.·Work with Enterprise owners tocreate design-build retrofit projects at a Regional and National level.·Position Siemens as an industryleader among service providers, leveraging Siemens world-class smart mechanicalservices as a key differentiator.·Work jointly with the multiplelevels of the Enterprise customer’s organization to understand and documenttheir business goals and success metrics.·Develop value-based proposals,estimates, specifications, and presentations. Work with operations, finance,legal and other inside and outside resources to obtain the sale.·Follow through on sold serviceagreements and projects to ensure satisfactory performance. Ensure a smoothsales-to-operations turnover and monitor project execution. Assist in resolvinginstallation, collections, and other customer satisfaction issues as needed.·Actively participate in EnterpriseSales meetings, workshops, and seminars to stay knowledgeable on currentmarket, business, and product trends.·Travel overnight as required fortraining and business development.Qualifications:·Bachelor’s degree inMechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical degree preferred;candidates with a high school diploma or state-recognized GED along with atleast 10 years of HVAC service industry experience will also be considered·3+ years of experience intechnical sales, business development, or consulting within the HVAC industryor 7+ years of field mechanical service experience with a demonstrated trackrecord of successful sales and client base.·Knowledge of and strong networkingrelationships within regional/national building market and preferably at theEnterprise Client level including building owners, maintenance contractors, andmechanical industry subcontractors is strongly desired·Experience in the life sciences,healthcare, data center, high end commercial office, and government facility verticalmarkets preferred·Financial expertise to estimateand sell technical service agreements and retrofit projects effectively andindependently·Account development and strategicsales skills required·Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in English·Excellent organizational,presentation, and negotiation skills·Proficiency with Microsoft Officesuite·Proficiency with Salesforce CRMpreferred·Must be 21 years of age andpossess a valid driver's license with limited violations·Qualified applicants must belegally authorized for employment in the United StatesWhere permitted byapplicable law, Siemens may require employees to be fully vaccinated againstCOVID-19 based on job requirements, and in accordance with an accommodationbased on legally protected reasons.Benefits:·Competitive salary based onqualifications·Health, dental, and vision planswith options·Matching 401(k)·Competitive paid time off plan,holidays, and floating holidays·Paid parental leave·Company cell phone and laptop·Extensive product training andprofessional career development·Education and tuitionreimbursement programs availableSiemens is an Equal Opportunity andAffirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
