Your exceptional skills will help us flawlessly implement ambitious projects and successfully compete in a dynamic industry.Key Responsibilities:Manufacturing Optimization:

Optimize and flawlessly implement manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Conduct process simulations, modeling, and scale-up activities to support production requirements.

Technical Leadership:

Provide proven technical leadership and expertise in manufacturing sciences, including process and validation.

Collaborate strictly with cross-functional teams to determine compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Continuous Improvement:

See opportunities to enhance processes and take charge of initiatives aimed at boosting productivity, minimizing waste, and improving product quality.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support to manufacturing operations, troubleshooting process issues, and implementing corrective actions.

Offer technical support during manufacturing deviation investigations and internal site projects.

Project Management:

Collaborate with internal and external collaborators to achieve program objectives and timelines.

Manage lifecycle for commercial programs.

Training and Mentorship:

Mentor and train junior scientists and production staff on standard methodologies and techniques for process optimization.

Foster an inclusive culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field, or equivalent experience of 8 years in the industry.

A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field, along with 5 years of relevant industry experience.

A Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field, or equivalent experience totaling 3 years in the industry.

Proven experience in process development, validation, and regulatory compliance.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in process simulation and statistical modeling software.

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

This position may require occasional travel to manufacturing sites and other company locations.

Ability to gown in a GMP manufacturing environment.
